Island House was built as offices and warehousing for Churchill & Co, and has parallels in other commercial and industrial buildings designed by Pepper, of which 75 Vyse Street in the Jewellery Quarter, constructed in 1909, is now listed by English Heritage at grade II. I'm not sure that it is Grade II - never found it on British Listed Buildings or Heritage Gateway. Was locally listed Grade B. Please do not demolish this!
